As CRM’s retained agency Soap is the CRM brand custodian and monitors quality control across all collateral. We provide graphic design support for all print based artwork across all media for all marketed student schemes, there are currently 21 schemes across the UK. Commissioning all required photography, image purchasing, print management, project/account management (Liaising with scheme managers), marketing consultancy/support and supporting CRM on tender projects, we maintain a keen eye on the competition by continuously evolving the print based execution. We consider each schemes local competition and market influences and react and adapt the templates where required.

Healthcall Optical Services is the UK's leading provider of domiciliary eye site tests in the UK. The business operates through a range of channels in both B2B and B2C markets including PCT’s, care homes and more directly to consumers through traditional direct marketing and new media.

Following a management buy-out Soap was commissioned to re-brand the business and manage the brand implementation process across a wide range of media including, corporate collateral, direct marketing, trade & press advertising.

As a skilled graphic design and marketing agency with a strong base in the care sector Soap was well positioned to support the business by acting as Healthcall’s marketing, planning and media buying agency. In addition to graphic design support Soap also worked with Healthcall to identify and broker new partner opportunities with some influential national organisations.

Total Landlord is a subsidiary of Hamilton Fraser Insurance Services, providers of a range of general insurance products but more specifically providers of Landlord Insurance and Aesthetic & Cosmetic insurance.

Following extensive research in to the market place, Hamilton Fraser recognized that to be more competitive within the landlord insurance space and to position themselves as ‘Landlord Insurance Specialists’ they must separate the products from their core insurance products.

Hamilton Fraser launched Total Landlord - offering insurance to both residential and professional landlords. Soap created a fresh new identity for Total Landlord and its sub brands to deliver a leveled service, ‘Essential Landlord’ and ‘Premier Landlord’. The brand was rolled out across the business. Soap also created an internal communications campaign to gain staff ‘buy-in’ prior to and during the 'Total Landlord' launch.

With an impressive build and acquisition programme ahead and recognised for their innovative approach to the management of care homes Avery Healthcare has an enviable record with the majority of their homes achieving 3 star status by the industry regulator, the Care Quality Commission.

Soap was appointed in 2010 to re-vamp the existing brand and continues to roll the refreshed brand out, supporting the marketing function across a range of media. From managing highly targeted direct marketing campaigns to profiled consumer groups, to recruitment advertising, to corporate literature to print management Soap will further expand its range of services to Avery Healthcare in 2011 to include support to the PR and Media buying functions.

Active Assistance provides live-in care across the UK for adults and children, specialising in supporting high-level spinal cord injuries, progressive and neurological conditions. In 2009 Soap entered in to a pitch to rebrand Active Assistance on and offline, with the web brief extending to 70% of the budget, detailed knowledge of redirects and rankings were required for the web aspect to ensure SE rankings maintained.

Soap delivered its revolutionary ‘Commitment to Empowerment’ campaign and won the 4-way pitch beating 3 other design agencies to the commission. The campaign comprised translating the design execution across corporate literature, advertising, sponsorship and web.
